This position is based in our Vernon, CA facility with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
As a People Strategy Partner, you will collaborate with managers and employees to address various issues requiring sound judgment.

Your responsibilities will include interpreting and enforcing company policies while providing coaching to managers on all facets of leadership and employee relations.

You will assist in defining the organization’s talent requirements, including organizational structure and staffing needs.

As a pivotal culture leader, you will guide employees through work-related challenges and support managers in implementing Human Resources programs across functions or locations.

Additionally, you will act as a change agent, fostering the growth and development of our personnel.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Coaching and developing business partners in performance management and talent development.
  • Facilitating various training initiatives aligned with business needs and corporate objectives.
  • Managing daily employee interactions and conducting initial investigations into complaints and policy violations, escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the HR Compliance Team to ensure adherence to KDP policies, HR systems, and relevant federal/state laws.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition team to monitor open positions and manage the requisition process for internal transfers.
  • Researching and responding to initial unemployment requests for data and coordinating upcoming hearings.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to gather and interpret data, crafting recommendations based on trends and insights.
  • Creating essential communication materials, such as presentations and employment-related correspondence.

Travel may be required.
