Role Overview: In light of our swift expansion, we are looking for a Senior People Partner to act as a strategic collaborator by designing, executing, and managing a range of HR services and consultations. This includes areas such as career progression, performance evaluation, employee relations, executive coaching, and organizational structure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong HR background and a commitment to coaching, developing, and collaborating with the organization to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership across various departments.
- Foster relationships throughout the organization and act as a resource for all employees.
- Utilize HR and business acumen to provide innovative HR solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Advise leaders and managers on all people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to strategize hiring priorities and processes.
- Work closely with legal counsel on employee relations matters.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend strategies to enhance performance and engagement.
- Oversee critical talent processes including performance reviews, talent management, and compensation cycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8+ years of HR or relevant professional experience with a proven track record of growth, ideally in a rapidly scaling environment.
- 2+ years in an HR Business Partner role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience working with operational functions and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders.
- Ability to create scalable processes in an organized manner.
- Willingness to advocate for effective HR philosophies.
- Passion for problem-solving with creativity and thoughtfulness.
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Enthusiasm for utilizing and improving HR tools and systems.
- A positive attitude and a sense of enjoyment in all responsibilities.
