In light of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Senior People Partner to act as a strategic collaborator by developing, executing, and managing a range of HR services, support, and consultation across various HR functions, including career advancement, performance evaluation, employee relations, executive coaching, and organizational structuring. The ideal candidate will possess a solid HR background and a genuine enthusiasm for coaching, developing, and collaborating with the business to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership across various departments.
  • Establish strong relationships throughout the organization and act as an advocate and resource for employees.
  • Utilize a consultative approach that combines HR expertise and business acumen to diagnose issues and propose innovative HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with and advise leaders and managers on all people-related matters, including performance management, coaching, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Work alongside recruiting teams to strategize hiring approaches and prioritize open positions.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on employee relations matters.
  • Analyze employee data (such as survey results, performance reviews, and compensation information) to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Facilitate key talent processes with client groups, including annual performance assessments, talent planning, and compensation cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of HR or relevant professional experience with a proven track record of growth and increased responsibility, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role directly supporting senior-level clients.
  • Experience supporting operational or scaling functions, with a history of working as a trusted advisor to leaders.
  • A passion for creating scalable processes in a thoughtful and organized manner.
  • A willingness to influence and advocate for principles you believe in.
  • A commitment to addressing challenges and finding creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • A high level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • A passion for working efficiently with effective tools, suggesting improvements where necessary, and a willingness to learn current tools.
  • A sense of enjoyment in all aspects of the role.

Target Salary Ranges:

  • For employees in major metropolitan areas: $169,000 - $198,800 USD.
  • For employees outside major metropolitan areas: $152,100 - $178,900 USD.
