As a key HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, employee benefits management, leave administration, policy enforcement, and offboarding processes.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of HR programs including:
- Compensation strategies
- Benefits administration and leave management
- Handling disciplinary actions
- Managing disputes and investigations
- Performance management and productivity enhancement
- Employee recognition and morale boosting
- Occupational health and safety compliance
- Training and professional development
- Document and track compliance with training, continuing education, and performance assessments.
- Support HR initiatives while reinforcing company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Monitor attendance and produce timekeeping reports.
- Execute routine tasks necessary for administering HR programs.
- Assist with new employee orientation, onboarding, and processing of new-hire documentation.
- Maintain both physical and digital employee records, including onboarding, benefits, and attendance documentation.
- Address employment-related inquiries from candidates and employees.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism while exercising discretion.
- Familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with or the capacity to quickly learn the organization's HRIS.
- SHRM-CP certification is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to commute or relocate as necessary.
- Up to 20% travel may be required within the designated region.
- Competitive compensation based on experience: $70,000 - $90,000.
