Daily Responsibilities:

  • Document and track compliance with training, continuing education, and performance assessments.
  • Support HR initiatives while reinforcing company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Monitor attendance and produce timekeeping reports.
  • Execute routine tasks necessary for administering HR programs.
  • Assist with new employee orientation, onboarding, and processing of new-hire documentation.
  • Maintain both physical and digital employee records, including onboarding, benefits, and attendance documentation.
  • Address employment-related inquiries from candidates and employees.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism while exercising discretion.
  • Familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with or the capacity to quickly learn the organization's HRIS.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to commute or relocate as necessary.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required within the designated region.
