Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior People Partner who will act as a strategic ally by developing, implementing, and managing a variety of HR functions. This includes support and consultation across multiple HR areas such as career advancement, performance evaluation, employee relations, executive coaching, and organizational structuring. The ideal candidate will possess a strong HR background and a genuine enthusiasm for coaching, developing, and collaborating with the business to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership across various departments.
  • Establish and maintain relationships throughout the organization, acting as an advocate and resource for employees.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to apply HR expertise and business acumen to diagnose issues and propose innovative HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with leaders and managers on all people-related matters, including performance management, coaching, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to strategize hiring priorities and open positions.
  • Partner with legal counsel on employee relations matters.
  • Analyze employee data (such as survey results, performance reviews, and compensation data) to identify trends and recommend enhancements to performance and engagement.
  • Lead key talent processes within client groups, including annual performance assessments, talent planning, and compensation reviews.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of HR or relevant professional experience with a proven track record of growth and success, ideally in a rapidly expanding organization.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting senior-level clients.
  • Experience directly supporting operational or scaling functions, with a history of working as a trusted advisor to leaders.
  • A passion for developing scalable processes in a thoughtful and organized manner.
  • A willingness to advocate for and influence HR philosophies.
  • A commitment to problem-solving with creativity and thoughtfulness.
  • A high level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • A strong interest in utilizing efficient tools and suggesting improvements, with a willingness to learn existing tools.
  • A positive attitude and enjoyment in fulfilling the above responsibilities.
