Position: Territory Manager, GI Devices
Location: Southwest District, AZ/NM/El Paso, TX

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting gastrointestinal products directly to healthcare facilities such as hospitals, endoscopy centers, and ambulatory surgery centers.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with nursing professionals and physicians across various departments, including gastrointestinal, endoscopy, and operating room settings. Diversatek Healthcare is on the lookout for a dedicated Territory Manager for its Southwest District, encompassing AZ, NM, and El Paso, TX.

We are in search of a sales professional who embodies a 'hunter mentality,' focusing on prospecting, generating interest, swiftly identifying sales opportunities, leveraging existing accounts, and successfully closing new business within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving revenue through effective sales initiatives.
- Cultivate new relationships and enhance existing connections with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians, utilizing these relationships to boost sales revenue within the territory.
- Maintain an organized record of current and potential customers using our established prospect database and CRM system.
- Foster and grow long-term customer relationships by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communicate product suitability and articulate the value proposition to align with customer goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within the existing customer portfolio across all markets and products.
- Ensure effective internal communication across all organizational departments.
- Attend relevant trade shows and conferences within the territory as required.
- Collaborate with Business Development Specialists to coordinate sales opportunities and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (GPA 3.0 or above).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical sales is essential.
- A positive attitude coupled with a strong competitive drive.
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement through regular feedback and coaching.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including frequent overnight trips.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Candidates must reside in the designated territory or be prepared to relocate at their own expense.
- Meet facility credentialing requirements in the assigned territory.

Physical Demands:
The role may require occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. You may need to stand for extended periods during procedures and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
