Position Overview

The Sales Account Executive (SAE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, finalizing agreements, and achieving sales targets. The primary objective will be to enhance revenue by negotiating with clients, managing accounts, analyzing market competition, and overseeing the sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boost sales within existing client accounts and cultivate strong partnerships with retailers.
  • Effectively manage current business relationships utilizing diverse strategies.
  • Engage with retailers at various levels and foster collaborations across all trade sectors.
  • Ensure optimal product distribution through all available channels.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports.
  • Operate within the designated budget for the assigned territory.
  • Provide clients with sales insights and develop strategic sales plans for designated accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and relay feedback on market performance.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

  • Previous experience in food consumer packaged goods is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing pricing strategies and plans for clients.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with key accounts.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
