Position Overview
The Commercial Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving growth, revenue, and profitability for our commercial sales in the Northwest Territory, which includes various states.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Revenue Generation**: Drive sales of commercial products to applicators, specialty applicators, and distributors.
2. **Market Awareness**: Enhance the visibility of MaxTech products among commercial floor covering contractors.
3. **Customer Management**: Oversee existing client relationships while developing new customer connections.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish pricing strategies tailored to specific accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with the MaxTech Applicator network.
- Provide technical support to commercial floor covering contractors, general contractors, distributors, and architects in the region.
- Increase product awareness through engaging presentations and effective communication.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years in building product sales management.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Experience in leading marketing initiatives within the commercial sector.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer concerns.
