Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Commercial Team in the United States. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in growing our payments footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify high-potential prospects and partners to drive growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to position our payment solutions effectively with middle market and large enterprise organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Product, and Operations, to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Pitch our next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to eCommerce and Fintech companies, highlighting the benefits of our technology stack.
  • Act as a consultative Payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payment structures and solutions to address their pain points.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders at prospective clients, and implement winning negotiation strategies.
  • Orchestrate the entire Sales process, drive growth, and work to mutual action plans, serving as the main point of contact for prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts by having a deep understanding of their industry, pain points, and needs.
  • Partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in the Payments industry.
  • Track record of high performance and a strong commercial acumen.
  • Highly motivated and committed to growth and development, with a solid network of potential prospects and partners.
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate complex structures.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
