IMPORTANT:

This position is exclusively available in the Bay Area, California, to facilitate customer meetings and utilize office space on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical sales expertise to engage strategically with CXO-level executives, software developers, and IT architects.
  • Formulate and implement a dynamic territory coverage strategy while consistently achieving quarterly revenue goals.
  • Seek a proactive individual to drive business results for our clientele.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and enhance market presence within a defined set of accounts.
  • Meet or surpass quarterly revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the AWS footprint within your assigned accounts.
  • Manage multiple accounts concurrently and strategically.
  • Create and communicate compelling value propositions surrounding AWS services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-structured sales engagements and effective go-to-market strategies to achieve desired customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with partners to broaden reach and promote adoption.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of comprehensive sales cycle experience in technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering, or consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Background in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience in driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is eligible for variable pay through a sales compensation plan, which rewards achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included in the total compensation package, alongside a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
