This role is exclusively available in the Bay Area, California, to facilitate customer meetings and leverage office space on a hybrid work model.

- Develop and implement a dynamic territory coverage strategy while consistently achieving quarterly revenue objectives.

- Enhance revenue and expand market presence within a designated set of accounts.
- Meet or surpass quarterly revenue benchmarks.
- Formulate and execute a strategy to expand the AWS footprint within your assigned accounts.
- Manage multiple accounts concurrently with a strategic approach.
- Create and communicate compelling value propositions regarding AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-crafted sales engagements and effective go-to-market strategies to achieve desired customer outcomes.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners to broaden reach and stimulate adoption.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full sales cycle, technology sales, or equivalent business development roles.
- Proven experience in sales engineering or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Background in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Experience in driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is influenced by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for variable pay through a sales compensation plan, which rewards achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included in the total compensation package, alongside a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
