About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Representative to drive commercial flooring service sales. This role is essential for maintaining and expanding our client base in the commercial flooring sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships through site visits and follow-up meetings.
  • Implement marketing strategies including prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections for commercial and industrial clients.
  • Create and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
  • Sell a range of commercial flooring solutions, including polished concrete and epoxy systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial flooring sales is essential.
  • Proven track record in account and territory development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and follow up diligently.
