Position Summary:

The Sales Executive for Engineered Floors, LLC is tasked with driving sales of commercial flooring products within a designated region. This role focuses on building relationships with key stakeholders such as commercial interior designers, architects, flooring contractors, and corporate clients across various sectors including healthcare, education, and government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through new construction projects and renovations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Strategic Account Executives to enhance the growth of strategic accounts.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales and marketing support, including client visits, provision of marketing materials, and conducting presentations.
  • Guide flooring products through the sales cycle, encompassing specification, bidding, and fulfillment.
  • Monitor and manage job bids and current specifications to ensure project success.
  • Engage in customer service initiatives and participate in industry-related organizations to foster networking opportunities.
  • Regularly update customer information, including contact details and project specifics, in the CRM system.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Vice President.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of success is preferred.
  • A college degree is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work 8 to 10 hours per day.
  • Willingness to work early mornings or evenings as needed.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Physical ability to lift samples and materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Capability to push and pull materials as necessary.
