Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

As a Senior Clinical Operations Coordinator at Tia, you will oversee the Front Desk and Medical Assistant teams, ensuring seamless clinic operations on a daily basis.

Your role will involve stepping into Front Desk and Medical Assistant functions as necessary, while proactively addressing staff and patient needs.
Maintain a comprehensive perspective of clinic activities
Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to optimize schedules for efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct daily briefings to outline the operational agenda.
Provide mentorship to Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff, aiding in their professional development
Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Communicate promptly and professionally with patients and care team members to facilitate smooth clinic flow
Adhere to all medication management protocols regarding labeling, storage, and usage
Familiarity with surgical and diagnostic procedures is essential
Regularly dispose of expired medications and supplies

Manage various administrative responsibilities, including the scanning and uploading of patient health records, maintaining clinic operational documentation such as inventory and mail distribution, and ensuring accuracy in appointment scheduling.

Basic upkeep of communal areas to ensure cleanliness and proper stocking.
Liaise with facilities and vendors for on-site maintenance
Ensure proper sterilization of surgical instruments
Maintain adequate levels of office supplies and medical forms at your workstation
Monitor the clinic inbox in Tia MD
Assist Providers with urine analysis, HCG, and glucose testing
Collaborate across functions to execute special projects as required and meet deadlines.

Take on additional projects to enhance clinic operations, including research, product sourcing, documentation of processes, and facilitating team meetings and training sessions.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare is required, including three years in a multi-provider setting
Ability to manage stress effectively in relation to essential job functions.

The role may involve lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is appreciated.

Tia requires Medical Assistants to complete credentialing with designated payors, authorizing Tia to manage this process through preferred vendors.
