We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Pacific Palisades, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve patient health goals and provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff.
- Implement Physical Therapy programs and perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations to ensure patient progress and satisfaction.
- Oversee the management of clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and manage the clinic's budget, including financial planning and resource allocation.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in an orthopedic, outpatient clinical setting.
- Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy, with advanced Board Certification.
- Understanding of insurance, billing, and collections protocols.
- CPR Certification.
