Are you prepared to be part of a forward-thinking and accomplished sales organization?

We are in search of a Field Sales Team Leader to oversee, mentor, and expand teams of external B2B and Residential sales representatives across various regions.

The Sales Team Leader will operate primarily from our office while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and drive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales teams across diverse sectors throughout the country.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our organization and clients.
  • Take ownership of program management following contract execution.
  • Oversee program development, planning, launch, and ongoing operations.
  • Continuously monitor program progress and implement best practices for improvement.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

We seek an individual who is analytical in their management approach, focused on performance metrics, yet possesses the capability to engage in field training to enhance deal closure skills.

Coaching and Development

The Sales Team Leader will:

  • Guide sales representatives through coaching and direct instruction.
  • Assist in client acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members.
  • Drive solutions to overcome sales objections and close deals effectively.
Operational Duties
  • Lead client kickoff meetings.
  • Facilitate program launches.
  • Manage daily tracking of sales teams' performance.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients.
  • Verify sales representatives meet their KPIs and quotas.
  • Coordinate staffing needs with recruitment and HR.
  • Provide weekly updates to clients regarding achievements and challenges.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales.
  • Experience managing B2B and/or Residential sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel for team management.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated with strong management skills and attention to detail.
