- Lead a team of Regional Sales Directors to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
