Job Overview

Sales Focus Inc., a leading sales outsourcing company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Program Manager to drive sales growth and team performance in the energy industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams across the US, serving as the primary contact between the client and Sales Focus Inc. internal teams, and ensuring successful program launch and continuation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client kick-off meetings to establish clear goals and objectives
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and other Sales Focus Inc. departments to ensure successful program launch
  • Develop and train sales staff through ongoing training and coaching
  • Track and measure sales rep performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular reporting to clients on achievements, obstacles, and recommendations
  • Manage program continuation and expansion, including weekly operational meetings with Sales Focus Inc. executives

Sales Performance Expectations

  • Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales reps to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and eliminate sales objections

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in sales management in the energy industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in medium to large sales teams
  • Ability to travel to manage multiple teams across 42 states
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a strong background in sales management
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and team performance
