Position Overview:
As a Corporate Mortgage Sales Educator, you will play a pivotal role in training Loan Advisors on the operational systems, methodologies, sales scripts, compliance standards, and customer service techniques of Freedom Mortgage Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions for Loan Advisors, ensuring they are well-versed in the company's systems and processes.
- Oversee Loan Advisors during their training production phase, utilizing call scripts and best practices to help them achieve performance targets.
- Conduct call reviews and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills.
- Analyze performance reports that highlight key performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates to sales leadership regarding the transition of Loan Advisors from training to active sales roles.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all Call Center products and underwriting guidelines.
- Assist in the creation of training materials for coaching and classroom sessions.
- Report directly to the Sales Development Manager and collaborate with team members to fulfill the company’s mission.
- Participate in the execution of Call Center initiatives and training pilots.
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain consistent attendance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage Sales or related training roles.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience of 3+ years in a related field.
- Capability to obtain state mortgage originator licenses as required.
- Proficient in computer applications.
