Job Overview

Stevens Ford Lincoln is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in driving company growth, profitability, and sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery.
  • Assist customers in determining their needs and wants, providing personalized solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, utilizing a computerized system.
  • Complete quotes and explain leasing/finance options for new and used vehicles.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in creating/building relationships.
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
