About the Role:

Caring Transitions is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with referral partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably in the senior space
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • A drive to connect, build, and nurture relationships, with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
