Caring Transitions is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services
- Collaborate with our team to create and implement sales plans and initiatives
- Represent Caring Transitions at networking events and conferences
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably in the senior space
- Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to build rapport with seniors and their families
- Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate approach and dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors
