Our comprehensive training ensures that our full-time sales representatives are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to excel. We are looking for driven and ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to join our team and represent Frontier Communications Inc.

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative:

  • Participate in daily training sessions, either virtually or in-person, with your team.
  • Engage in B2B outside sales targeting small to medium-sized enterprises.
  • Build your sales pipeline from qualified leads through in-person presentations.
  • Maintain open communication and support with your team throughout the day.
  • Provide local businesses with a comprehensive range of branded products and services in the technology sector.
  • Utilize our CRM to track and manage your sales activities, follow-ups, and client information on a daily basis.

Qualifications We Seek:

*A motivated sales professional with aspirations to earn $100K+ in your first year.

*Proficiency with current technology is essential.

*Strong organizational and time management skills.

*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

*Desire for career advancement through our Career Development Program.

*Previous experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

*A four-year degree is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

*A valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation are essential.

*Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions and cash bonuses.
  • First-year on-target earnings ranging from $72K to $114K+.
