Position Summary
A State Farm Insurance Agent in Milford, CT is looking for a proactive and career-focused individual to enhance their team. As a representative for Wanda Carlson - State Farm Agent, you will cultivate and strengthen customer relationships within the community to promote a range of State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.

Qualifications:
- Preferred sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).

- Proficient in computer operations.
- Experience with various computer applications, especially Windows.

- Timely and detailed reporting of activities to the agent.
- Capability to effectively connect with customers.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Current Property and Casualty license is required.
- Life and Health license must be obtained.
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
