Nighttime Guest Services Supervisor

Position Summary:
Seabrook Hospitality is in search of a meticulous and committed Evening Guest Services Lead. This role acts as the primary authority during the night shift, ensuring efficient operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and relevant maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit functions, including executing end-of-day procedures and compiling audit documentation.
- Engage in various tasks to maintain high customer service standards and perform administrative duties.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges and inefficiencies.
- Guarantee guest safety and security by collaborating with the safety team during emergencies.
- Serve as the acting manager, overseeing hotel functions throughout the night.
- Address maintenance emergencies and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for larger repair projects.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security protocols and regulations.
- Manage guest inquiries and issues, directing staff or departments as necessary.
- Prepare and share daily reports with management.
- Conduct end-of-day financial reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in inventory oversight and supply ordering.
- Strictly follow health and safety regulations and be knowledgeable about company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills, strong verbal communication, and follow-through capabilities.
- Able to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.
- Proficient in computer tasks such as data entry, accounting, and document processing.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field, with a proven ability to fulfill essential job functions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- All candidates must successfully complete a background check prior to employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Regular communication with others and accurate information exchange is required.
- Proficient in operating a computer and other office equipment.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
- Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments, moving between buildings and working near equipment.
Compensation: $19-21 per hour
