Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Adhere to housekeeping detail standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens, and maintain a clean and organized linen room.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Requirements
