As a Hospitality Customer Service Representative at Seabrook Hospitality, you will play a vital role in our operations, tasked with providing exceptional service and facilitating the seamless functioning of our hospitality offerings. Your main responsibility will be to assist guests from their arrival to departure, addressing their inquiries and needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly and inviting attitude.
- Manage the check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in bookings and payments.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner, offering information about hotel features, services, and local attractions.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and changes accurately and promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
- Address guest concerns and complaints swiftly and effectively, seeking suitable solutions to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of guest details, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Handle cash and credit transactions securely, adhering to established protocols.
- Prepare and share daily reports and shift summaries with relevant departments to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate efficiently with team members to relay guest requests and coordinate timely responses.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- All candidates must successfully complete a background check prior to employment.
Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Indoor/outdoor work environment subject to varying conditions and temperatures.
- Ability to stand for long durations and walk moderate distances.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Compensation: $17-$17.50 per hour
