Your main responsibility will be to assist guests from their arrival to departure, addressing their inquiries and needs with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly and inviting attitude.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in bookings and payments.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner, offering information about hotel features, services, and local attractions.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and changes accurately and promptly.
  • Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints swiftly and effectively, seeking suitable solutions to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise records of guest details, reservations, and financial transactions.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions securely, adhering to established protocols.
  • Prepare and share daily reports and shift summaries with relevant departments to ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to provide seamless guest experiences.
  • Communicate efficiently with team members to relay guest requests and coordinate timely responses.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • All candidates must successfully complete a background check prior to employment.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Indoor/outdoor work environment subject to varying conditions and temperatures.
  • Ability to stand for long durations and walk moderate distances.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Compensation: $17-$17.50 per hour
