Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and seasoned Account Manager to lead and nurture our significant accounts throughout North America. In this position, you will serve as the main liaison for high-level partners, effectively addressing their requirements and resolving challenges. Your role will encompass working alongside internal teams to initiate new projects, providing updates on ongoing initiatives, educating existing accounts on newly developed products, and projecting key account metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the customers within your assigned portfolio, including markets, products, current issues, upcoming projects, main competitors, performance metrics, and business history.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends, facilitating communication and implementation with internal stakeholders.
  • Design a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
  • Achieve customer retention objectives and promote the adoption of Aggregation services and Content products.
  • Enhance existing processes within the organization and actively contribute to all Customer Success initiatives.
  • Communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver customer training and support.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities internally by identifying key content relevant to each market and brand.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities for account expansion and efficient account management.
  • With the backing of Senior Management, lead commercial negotiations and marketing proposals.
  • Assist in forecasting and monitoring key account metrics.
  • Act as the primary contact for entering new markets and integrating new content for internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for launching new projects, identifying the appropriate stakeholders, and coordinating with them for project assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client performance expectations are met and implement various technical solutions to support commercial strategies.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences, utilizing data and analysis to highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain active communication with relevant departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with our partners' needs and objectives.
  • Manage documentation for additional vendors and brands.
  • Coordinate internal meetings for project updates concerning internal customers.
  • Occasionally travel to engage with internal customers as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the iGaming sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is crucial for this position.
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused: Capable of working independently with a strong emphasis on detail, driven by targets and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and listening abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset: A natural team player who is curious, energetic, and motivated to work with various teams.
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making: Ability to derive commercial decisions from data insights.
