Role Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking a skilled Bilingual Account Executive to manage performance in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas, covering Boost Mobile stores and national retail outlets. In this critical position, you will work closely with retail store proprietors to optimize their business operations, ensuring compliance across all store formats within your designated area. Your duties will include project management, team leadership, and delivering sales training and coaching to front-line sales personnel. Building and nurturing essential relationships with various stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners, will be vital for driving exceptional performance in the territory. As the primary contact for inquiries and issues at retail locations, you will serve as a trusted resource and advocate for retail partners, with your professionalism and expertise being key to maintaining efficient operations and addressing any challenges. A company vehicle is included in this role.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct visits to retail locations to provide coaching and training through role-playing and collaborative selling with sales representatives.
  • Oversee and implement marketing initiatives at retail outlets.
  • Make daily communications with stores to enhance performance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer escalations.
  • Uphold and enforce Boost brand standards across all stores in the territory.
  • Utilize local insights and real estate connections to identify new retail distribution points.
  • Engage with store owners to drive their business sales performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to surpass sales targets across the territory.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Boost products and services.
Qualifications and Experience

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant work experience or eight years of related experience post-high school.
  • A minimum of four years in sales and/or account management.
  • At least three years in training, relationship development, planning, or business management.
  • One year of experience selling wireless products or services.

Skills and Attributes:

  • A valid driver's license with three years of active driving history, completion of driver's safety training, and compliance with DISH's Driver Safety Policy.
  • Experience in managing contracts or vendor relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Quick problem-solving skills for escalations during retail business hours.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Capability to provide sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $54,650.00 - $78,100.00 per year.

The salary range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is influenced by the role's location and may change based on work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
