Role Overview

As an inbound sales position, Software Sales Account Executives should excel at converting leads over the phone and through well-crafted emails. AEs must effectively manage their pipeline by maintaining clear communication, prioritizing time effectively, and utilizing our CRM diligently. While expertise in business software is advantageous, any committed and enthusiastic salesperson can thrive by investing effort in understanding the technology. This role is exclusively office-based and does not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience with a history of achieving objectives and upholding high performance standards
  • Demonstrated background in IT/software sales, with a solid grasp of sales methodologies, market trends, and the ability to foster and expand client relationships successfully

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $62,000 to $75,000 per year, with a base salary plus commission, dependent on experience. Exceptional candidates receive special consideration.
