Key Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is in search of a seasoned Bilingual Account Executive to manage performance in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas, covering Boost Mobile outlets and national retail partners. In this critical position, you will work closely with retail store proprietors to optimize their business operations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards across all store formats within your designated area. Your role will involve project management, team leadership, and delivering sales training and coaching to frontline sales personnel. You will be tasked with building strong relationships throughout the territory with various stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and vendor associates. Your ability to nurture these connections will be vital in driving exceptional performance in the region. As the main point of contact for inquiries and issues at retail locations, you will serve as a trusted resource and advocate for retail partners. Your professionalism and expertise will be crucial in maintaining seamless operations and addressing any challenges that arise.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct visits to retail locations, providing coaching and training through role-playing and collaborative selling with sales representatives.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing initiatives at retail outlets.
  • Make daily communications with stores to enhance performance.
  • Serve as the initial contact for resolving customer escalations.
  • Uphold and enforce Boost brand standards across all stores in the territory.
  • Utilize local insights and real estate connections to identify new retail distribution points.
  • Engage with store owners to drive their business sales performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to surpass sales targets across the territory.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Boost products and services.
Qualifications and Experience

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree along with four years of relevant work experience, or eight years of related experience post high school.
  • A minimum of four years in sales and/or account management roles.
  • At least three years in training, relationship building, planning, or business management.
  • One year of experience in selling wireless products or services.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license, with three years of active driving history, successfully completed driver safety training, and compliance with DISH's Driver Safety Policy.
  • Experience in managing contracts or vendor relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Quick problem-solving skills to address escalations during retail business hours.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Capability to provide sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $54,650.00 to $78,100.00 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible health options, a 401(k) plan with company matching, employee stock purchase plans, career advancement opportunities, and a flexible time-off policy. Compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies, and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates will need to successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
