Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through various communication channels, including phone, text, email, and face-to-face interactions, by understanding their automotive preferences and needs.
  • Conduct thorough sales consultations to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and advantages to customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Organize test drives for customers, allowing them to experience the vehicle's performance firsthand.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to provide competitive financing and leasing solutions to customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale support and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the automotive industry, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively educate customers.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously seek improvement and engage in research to refine your sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in automotive sales or a comparable sales position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with customers from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, including their technical features and specifications.
  • Proficiency in computer software and CRM systems for efficient customer data management.
