Key Responsibilities- Prospect and identify potential clients, develop, and expand a new account list
- Generate business development and qualify leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, meeting deadlines, and showing relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace
- Contact and present to clients and agencies, negotiate contracts and monitor collections
- Decide on presentation storyline, positioning, and selling LMN's integrated value proposition
- Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly activity and sales targets and revenue goals
- Attend promotional events and other client networking events
- Work in partnership with support team on pre-sale processes; prepare drafts of presentations and proposals
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
- Must be highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive
- Strong business development and presentation skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets
- Must have excellent client relations skills
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media, audio or advertising industry
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online/social media platforms
- Knowledge of Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan and Wide Orbit
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work from office
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
