Position Summary

The Bilingual Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the store through the sale of pre-owned vehicles. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives by effectively managing, coaching, and training the sales team.
  • Implement and uphold Tricolor's sales processes and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with sales associates to successfully finalize transactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of incoming inventory, including features and benefits for customers.
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of all title-related documentation.
  • Safeguard customer files and adhere to privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment, following merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings organized by the training department.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
