Position Summary
The Bilingual Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the store through the sale of pre-owned vehicles. This position involves identifying and engaging potential buyers, ensuring a positive customer journey, and fostering relationships with local partners and the community. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives by effectively managing, coaching, and training the sales team.
- Implement and uphold Tricolor's sales processes and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with sales associates to successfully finalize transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of incoming inventory, including features and benefits for customers.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of all title-related documentation.
- Safeguard customer files and adhere to privacy regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment, following merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings organized by the training department.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
