Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates communication between senior executives and management teams to ensure the flow of essential information.
- Manages incoming calls for executives, ensuring accurate message documentation and handling inquiries with discretion.
- Efficiently organizes and prioritizes the schedules of multiple executives, adeptly resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinates travel logistics, prepares expense reports, and organizes meetings and appointments with attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial institution, ideally supporting high-level executives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to foster relationships and effectively relay information to both internal teams and executive leadership.
