As an Event Coordinator, your role will involve assisting in the planning and execution of diverse events, ranging from corporate gatherings to social celebrations, ensuring that each occasion is executed flawlessly and aligns with our clients' expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:- Event Organization: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, which includes logistical assistance, venue arrangement, and vendor and supplier coordination.
- Administrative Assistance: Manage administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing event documentation, and overseeing guest lists.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to collect event specifications, provide updates, and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for services such as catering, decorations, and audiovisual support, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Financial Oversight: Aid in monitoring event budgets to ensure that all events are conducted within the specified financial parameters.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Assist with post-event processes, including dismantling, reporting, and collecting feedback for future enhancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
