Job Overview

As a Project Services Coordinator, your primary role will involve delivering services across various domains, including:

  • Sanitation Services
    • Application of sanitizing agents to surfaces such as walls, floors, doors, and frequently touched items like phones and keyboards. Comprehensive training and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
  • Carpet Maintenance
  • Glass Cleaning
  • Pressure Washing
  • Specialized Cleaning Solutions
Location: Indianapolis Area
Work Schedule: The work schedule will vary depending on the tasks at hand. Often, tasks must be performed when facilities are unoccupied, which may include evenings or weekends.
Travel Requirements: There may be occasions during peak seasons when travel, possibly overnight, is required for specific assignments.

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality in uniform.
  • Adherence to protocols for entering client premises.
  • Openness to learning and training on diverse products and methodologies.
  • Execution of all tasks in accordance with training on product application and PPE usage.
  • Provision of exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Availability for work assignments as requested by clients.
  • Effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Ability to independently resolve client concerns or escalate to a supervisor as necessary.
  • Maintenance of cleaning equipment at the end of each workday.
  • Utilization of mechanical skills to operate various tools and equipment.
  • Identification and troubleshooting of equipment issues with appropriate recommendations.
  • Collaboration with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Completion of any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and ascend stairs for extended durations.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting throughout the work shift.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
