Job Description

Position Title: Installation Project Coordinator

Compensation: $21-$22 /Hr

Role Overview:

As an Installation Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with both external and internal clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Evaluating and scheduling orders received from the sales department.
  • Acquiring products from suppliers and our corporate manufacturing sites.
  • Documenting critical timelines and activities associated with orders.
  • Coordinating the release and delivery of finished products.
  • Arranging Value Add and Pre-finish services as required.
  • Facilitating the delivery process for customer orders.
  • Collecting payments from customers post-installation or delivery when necessary.
  • Overseeing the recovery process for any shortages or damaged items.
  • Requesting parts and/or organizing service appointments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with general construction terminology and/or knowledge of windows and doors applications or components is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined with a proven track record of completing projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
