Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Project Coordination Specialist will assist in the organization and oversight of various projects within the company.

Supervisory Duties: Capable of guiding field personnel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates closely with project managers to facilitate the achievement of project objectives.
  • Delegates tasks to team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitors diverse project components and provides hands-on support to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Evaluates, authorizes, and manages project submissions.
  • Partners with project leaders to uphold project timelines and effectiveness.
  • Assesses project execution and compiles data on performance.
  • Addresses inquiries, issues, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serves as a communication bridge between the organization, clients, and suppliers.
  • Tracks and reports on project developments.
  • Performs additional related tasks as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical work.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds as needed.
