Lead Solutions Architect

The RoleAs a Lead Solutions Architect, you will take charge of the technical conversations, product showcases, proof-of-concept initiatives, and demonstrating the value of Own's solutions to our potential and existing clients. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our DevOps and R&D teams to relay customer insights and enhance product development.
Your Daily Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional product demonstrations that distinguish Own from competing solutions.
- Act as an advocate for our clients to ensure they can backup and manage their SaaS application data effectively.
- Address functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs.
- Communicate customer needs to product management teams and assist in validating functionalities.
- Oversee proof of concept engagements with clients from defining success criteria to testing and acceptance.
- Maintain a consistent feedback loop with customers and provide insights for product enhancement.
- REQUIRED: Over 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect in a pre-sales environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including a profound understanding of data models, security, and third-party applications.
- Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues, managing complex tasks, and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Ability to collaborate within a team to address technical challenges in diverse political contexts.
- Capable of quickly establishing rapport with clients.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce APIs, managed packages, and Visualforce.
- Familiarity with various Salesforce third-party applications.
- Understanding of Amazon Web Services and Azure technology stacks and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles.
This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will work from our office a minimum of three days per week to enhance collaboration and interaction with the team. Travel may be necessary.
