Role Summary:

Position Title: Lead AI Solutions Architect

Employment Type: W2 / C2C

Experience Required: 8-20 Years

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance AI systems, overseeing the entire lifecycle of foundational model training, system retrieval, and model assessment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the architecture of large language models (LLMs), crafting specialized instruction datasets, and executing quantization and inference enhancements.
  • Manage problem identification, data gathering, and comprehensive deployment processes, utilizing platforms such as MLflow and major cloud services including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Work with proprietary models like GPT-4 and Claude, as well as open-source alternatives such as Llama and Mistral, to deliver efficient, scalable AI solutions.
  • Utilize NLP libraries including NLTK, spaCy, GPT-3, BERT, and Hugging Face's Transformers to develop advanced natural language processing applications.
  • Exhibit proficiency in AIML modeling, Python programming, AIML infrastructure, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
  • Possess experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end experience in Generative AI applications.
  • Have knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), and other Generative AI methodologies.
  • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives without direct authority.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and at least 5 years with a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
