- Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, capable of making decisions that enhance the scalability and resilience of web applications.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor engineers, lead by example, and promote collaboration within a diverse and remote-first engineering team.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advance the technical vision.
- Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
Technologies Utilized:
- Django/Python: Expert-level experience in developing backend applications using Django and Python, focusing on creating robust, scalable applications with an emphasis on code reusability and maintainability.
- React: Advanced skills in React for front-end development, capable of building dynamic and responsive user interfaces utilizing React's component-based architecture.
- Redux: Experience with Redux for state management in React applications, understanding how to design and implement complex state management solutions that are maintainable and scalable.
- Docker: Proficiency in Docker for containerization, skilled in creating, deploying, and managing Docker containers to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Kubernetes and Networking Protocols: Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications and understanding of networking protocols relevant to microservices architecture, supporting the deployment and management of scalable and resilient applications.
This position may require occasional travel.
