Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Executive is tasked with promoting and selling the organization's products within a designated region or significant geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit proficient selling techniques and effective execution by strategically allocating resources to achieve results.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and leverage these connections to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of business analytics, including customer data, resources, and tools.
- Develop comprehensive account and territory strategies.
- Utilize available data to identify and engage the most valuable accounts.
- Showcase expertise across the product range, therapeutic areas, and managed care.
- Manage the territory effectively by routinely analyzing data to target high-prescribing healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations on the organization's offerings to targeted HCPs.
- Meet or surpass established call averages and sales performance metrics.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor products relevant to the product portfolio.
- Understand and apply clinical and disease state knowledge, recognizing its impact on patients and providers.
- Complete all administrative responsibilities promptly.
- Participate in various sales training sessions, meetings, and national/regional conferences.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in GI specialty pharmaceutical sales is preferred, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Residency in or near the assigned territory is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for operating a company vehicle.
- Overnight travel may be required for this position.
- Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to drive within a geographically extensive territory for extended periods daily.
- Capability to lift sample boxes weighing up to 25 pounds; reasonable accommodations can be arranged if needed.

As mandated by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable compensation range for roles that may be filled in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including skill set, experience level, and specific office location. The starting pay range for this role is between 105K and 145K.
