Role Summary:
As a Senior Partner Sales Executive, your primary focus will be to enhance revenue growth through effective collaboration with AWS Partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering customer value by aligning Partner capabilities and solutions with the needs identified by sales teams. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a capacity for success through collaboration with diverse organizational groups, strategic thinking regarding business and technical challenges, and the ability to articulate compelling value propositions around Partner offerings.
Your core responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet Partner and Sales objectives.
- Building and nurturing business and technical relationships with Partners, Sales teams, and Customers.
- Overseeing daily interactions between these entities to create opportunities that provide value to AWS Customers.
- Providing guidance to Sales teams and engaging with customers to highlight the benefits of Partner collaboration.
- Managing Partner interactions within AWS accounts to enhance existing engagements and initiate new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Sales team, formulating and executing joint Partner/Sales strategies, and coaching Partners on best practices.
- Collaborating with Partner Solution Architects and Partner Development Managers to ensure effective engagement with managed Partners in local markets.

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in field sales combined with partner engagement in the technology sector.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives with Partners and Sales.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and familiarity with enterprise decision-making processes.
