Position Overview:

As the District Sales Leader, you will oversee the sales performance across your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive overall sales success and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Enhance store transaction rates through effective strategies.
  • Implement in-store initiatives to counteract competitive pressures.
  • Lead the execution of the company's sales program and processes for both new and existing products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate and guide the team.
Management Duties:
  • Oversee the financial performance of the district.
  • Manage variable expenses effectively.
  • Review team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Focus on the development of Store Managers and associates.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for the district.
  • Approve staffing schedules and ensure compliance with payroll reporting.
  • Prepare performance reports for upper management.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
  • Support new store openings and renovations.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
