Position Overview

A Regional Sales Leader is responsible for executing the strategic objectives of a designated area, focusing on sales management, operational excellence, merchandising, and overall profitability.
  • Oversees the sales performance across the region.
  • Enhances store closing ratios through effective management.
  • Develops and implements strategies to counteract competitive actions.
  • Drives sales to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Implements the company's sales initiatives.
  • Manages the sales process for both new and existing products.
  • Maintains competitive awareness regarding promotions and services.
  • Addresses customer concerns effectively.
  • Conducts regular sales meetings to align team goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversees the financial performance of the region.
  • Manages variable expenses strategically.
  • Reviews team performance and fosters associate development.
  • Focuses on nurturing Store Managers' growth.
  • Develops and manages strategic action plans for the region.
  • Approves scheduling for all team members.
  • Ensures accurate payroll reporting for associates.
  • Prepares performance reports for upper management.
  • Manages inventory levels and minimizes shrinkage.
  • Ensures compliance with all legal and company policies.
  • Maintains high standards of store presentation throughout the region.
  • Oversees new store openings and renovations.
  • Involved in recruitment and hiring processes.
