WORK SCHEDULE -

Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

COMPENSATION -

Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually plus commission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, branch teams, and inside sales support to enhance market share in the designated area.
  • Establish initial contact with clients and cultivate relationships with prospective customers.
  • Engage in active listening and inquiry to identify customer requirements.
  • Conduct direct sales calls with both potential and existing clients.
  • Comprehend the business needs of customers and demonstrate how Johnstone solutions can provide value.
  • Encourage customers to address identified challenges and guide them towards recognizing our solutions.
  • Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Johnstone products through self-directed learning of new offerings, literature, promotions, and industry news.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS -
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in outside sales or as a manufacturer's representative; ideally with 5 or more years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate and influence customers, leading to successful sales outcomes.
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record.
  • Preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC/R sector.
