The role of Legal Advisor and Executive Coordinator for the CEO is pivotal in driving our expansion efforts in the United States and beyond through innovative franchising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of U.S. and California employment laws to ensure compliance in delivering Employer of Record services.

• Familiarize yourself with the legal obligations of employers in California to support the company's operations as a compliant employer.

• Provide the operations team with up-to-date information on U.S. and California tax regulations and payroll compliance, aiding in accurate interpretation.

• Review and assess contracts related to U.S. and global operations, ensuring alignment with company standards.

• Collaborate with the legal team to propose modifications to contract terms that extend beyond standard templates.

• Manage and coordinate litigation matters in the U.S. under the guidance of the Legal Manager.

• Contribute to the maintenance of the U.S. sections of the company website, ensuring clarity and professionalism in the presentation of services.

• Assist the CEO in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with the company's global business model.

• Work alongside the franchise development team to establish and nurture the initial franchisee relationships, creating a robust franchise management framework.

• Oversee the online marketing team's initiatives, ensuring actions are data-driven and performance-oriented.

• Engage in marketing, sales, and vendor management discussions to provide valuable insights.

• Offer strategic recommendations for technological advancements and AI integration, leveraging existing capabilities and industry developments.

• Support the CEO in structuring the U.S. organization and recruiting talent for the U.S. team.

• Organize and manage the CEO's schedule, including personal work-related matters.

• Provide interpretation and translation services for high-level communications in English.

• Accompany the CEO on business engagements as required.

• Administer the credentials for company accounts across various platforms.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or Management is required.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the company's operational base.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for identifying key issues from data.

• High execution capability, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
