The role of Legal Advisor and Executive Coordinator for the CEO involves facilitating the expansion of our services both in the USA and internationally through innovative franchising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of U.S. and California employment laws to ensure compliance in providing Employer of Record services.
2. Familiarize yourself with the statutory obligations of employers in California to uphold legal standards.
3. Provide the operations team with updated information on U.S. and California tax laws and payroll regulations, assisting in their accurate interpretation.
4. Review and analyze contracts for U.S. and global operations, ensuring alignment with standard templates.
5. Collaborate with the legal team to offer insights on contract terms that may deviate from standard practices.
6. Manage and coordinate litigation matters in the U.S. under the guidance of the Legal Manager.
7. Contribute to the maintenance of the U.S. sections of the company website, ensuring clarity and professionalism in describing services.
8. Assist the CEO in developing and executing plans aligned with the global business model and growth strategy.
9. Work with the franchise development team to establish and manage initial franchisees, creating a robust franchise management framework.
10. Oversee the activities of the online marketing team, ensuring actions are data-driven and performance-oriented.
11. Engage in marketing, sales, and vendor management discussions.
12. Provide strategic insights for technological advancements, leveraging existing capabilities and developments in the tech sector.
13. Support the CEO in structuring the U.S. organization and recruiting talent.
14. Organize and manage the CEO's schedule, including personal work-related matters.

16. Accompany the CEO on business travel as needed.
17. Manage administrative account credentials across various platforms.
Qualifications
1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or Management.
2. Proficient in both English and Chinese.
3. Adaptability to changes in work location.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify key issues from data.
5. High execution capability with timely task completion.
6. Quick learning ability with a strong sense of career ambition; international fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
