Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Oversee and manage the CEO's dynamic and ever-changing calendar, including scheduling domestic and international travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, including team meetings, departmental off-sites, one-on-ones, and speaking engagements.
  • Project Management: Work closely with the CEO to drive cross-functional projects and associated timelines, facilitating deliverables and tracking progress.
  • Candidate Support: Provide coordination support for candidate interviews as needed.
  • Time Management: Handle multiple requests for the CEO's time, using strong judgment in prioritizing requests.
  • Presentation Management: Build and manage board decks and company presentations, collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams for monthly and quarterly All Hands meetings.
  • Personal Assistance: Occasionally manage personal projects and errands for the CEO.
  • Culture Contribution: Act as a culture-contributor by highlighting and celebrating important team cultural and career moments.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant & Business Partner who possesses:

  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent calendar management capabilities, with the ability to build strong relationships and a personal network throughout the company.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Navan, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
